I lived in China for 10 school years plus a few months, where I taught Political Science, History, Geography, American Government, and more. I served for three years as a National Course Coordinator for the United States Pathway Program (American Studies, IT, and Engineering and Design). I taught one semester of AP Computer Science. I lived in a Uyghur community where I gained insight to their situation. I experienced the legal system in ways that so few get to do. I won a child custody case in the first ever online hearing during the pandemic in Inner Mongolia. My girls were kidnapped at the Shanghai Pudong airport. I was caught up in an immigration sweep and in another case arrested for being in China illegally. I had major surgery in Baotou, Inner Mongolia and was hospitalized in Wuhan. Through my travels, I made it to the Yalu River and gazed into North Korea. I visited churches along with ancient temples and mosques and converted to Islam. Today, I work as a Policy Analyst and Election Analyst for a Beijing-based Think Tank.

Prior to moving to China, I was a Programmer/Analyst for 14 years. I operated an accounting business and a martial arts school. Politically, I served as the Chairman of the Audit and Budget Committee of the Allen County Republican Party, was a Campaign Treasurer and Manager.

Today, I am CEO of the Online School for Afghanistan Girls, a Drone Pilot, Online Educator, and I offer consulting and management services.
